FOOD SERVICE: Dough on the Go

Worked with a local chef to establish Dough on the Go as a successful “virtual” artisanal donut & bagel business in the early months of the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Worked with real estate developer based in the Boston metro area to completely redo his company’s website so that it exhibited a more professional and more modern look and feel. And, importantly, the site now offers users a mobile-friendly experience.

RETAIL: Luna & Bebo Candles

Worked with boutique retailer of artisanal candles, soaps and other body products to set up a marketing website designed to showcase the products and brands carried in the physical shop.

  • Set up multi-page website that allows users to “window-shop” many of the products that can be purchased in the physical store. In order to highlight Luna & Bebo’s focus on curating the highest quality products, the About Us page includes the brand-story of featured suppliers, many of whom are mission driven.
  • Analyzed 18 months of sales and inventory data in order to advise shop owner on optimal product mix for improving sales and profit margins
  • Constructed five-year projected P&L under three scenarios (base case, upside case and downside case) in order to demonstrate potential viability of the business.
